Built for Long Service Life and Uninterrupted Material Flow
The PVC Superelastic is a universal, highly flexible suction hose made from two layers of PVC with an inner coated spring steel helix. The largely smooth inner surface provides excellent airflow characteristics and uninterrupted material flow — even at higher throughput rates and over longer distances.
Additional axial and radial thread reinforcement makes the hose exceptionally tensile-strong, tear-resistant and vacuum-resistant. Compared to conventional suction hoses without thread reinforcement, service life can be significantly extended. The hose remains dimensionally stable under vacuum loads and does not kink.

Construction
Two PVC Layers, Spring Steel Helix, Thread Reinforcement
The combination of two PVC layers, an inner coated spring steel helix and axial plus radial thread reinforcement makes the Superelastic dimensionally stable under vacuum, tensile- and tear-resistant under mechanical stress, yet flexible enough to be routed in confined spaces. The characteristic ribbed structure prevents kinking even at small bending radii.

The PVC Superelastic covers an exceptionally wide range of applications — from industrial suction systems and construction drying to welding fume extraction, swarf suction, textile machinery, robotics and packaging equipment. The hose is suitable for dry and wet media, powders, granulates, dusts and liquids within the permissible temperature range.
